Raw Material For Zirconium on Earth2

Welcome to the Earth2 raw material for Zirconium, the prime Jewel Zircon, and the prospecting Cydroid Howler.

Just below, we'll explain as much information when it comes to the resource Zirconium, the prime Jewel Zircon, and the prospecting Cydroid Howler.

Information regarding Zirconium below

Zirconium's related building blocks

Zirconium is a very strong silver-gray metal, has a chemical element with the symbol Zr and atomic number 40.

Zirconium is extremely resistant to heat and corrosion and is similar to Titanium, where the hardness is similar to copper.

You will also find the hafnium is found in Zirconium, which is very hard to seperate. Hafnium is a good absorber of neutrons and is used to make control rods, such as those found in nuclear submarines. To extract hafnium, you will need mesityl oxide, however, this does come at a high cost.

Zirconium comes in two forms, one as a light metal, and the other as a powder. In powder form, zirconium is highly flammable, but the solid form is much less prone to ignition. Zircon can be used either in its course sand form or milled to a fine powder.

Zircon and baddeleyite are the forms that Zirconium comes in, Zircon being the sand, and Baddeleyite more towards the metal. One may wonder if the sand comes from the mountains, where oxide is more present.

If you're interested in watching a video about Zirconium, you can watch a short video here, referenced: Zirconium.

If you're looking for the Zirconium on earth2, you can find this here.

Since writing the above content, we have now received the article for Zirconium, so looking at the image, as mentioned above, we can see Hafnium, which is part of Zirconium, so I wouldn't expect that to be a seperate resource, and one more for the ecosim. Zirconium blocks we're expected, and so was Zirconium powder, however, the Zirconium foil wasn't expected.

Zirconium powder is used for photographic flashbulbs, surgical instruments, glass for television and many other things. The foil is mainly used for high temperature superconductive materials, where some uses could be electrodes, so what do you think within earth2 we could use Zirconium for.

One thing I would like to speculated, would be the use of television, a cinematic emersive experience, guess we'll just have to wait and see with the emerging technologies.

One thing that has caught my eye well writing this article, is that the Mentar will not be able to detect the occuring units, which is the first from all the other previous resource, very interesting!
